David is a passionate and experienced growth and exit / succession planning expert. David assists with design and implementation of sustainable, positive change that allows his clients to improve their quality of life, build value in the company and exit on their own terms.

A frequent speaker on this topic, David has presented to the National Association of Insurance and Financial Professionals and the Financial Planning Association of Georgia (FPA), providing continuing education credits for their members. Before creating his practice in 2000, David spent 12 years with a global life sciences company - four of those years living in Paris where he worked in corporate finance and mergers & acquisitions before transferring to Atlanta.

A Certified Management Consultant (CMC®) and coach, David has over 25 years of consulting and corporate experience in exit planning, mergers & acquisitions, finance, supply chain and more. He is the immediate past president of the Institute of Management Consultants - Georgia Chapter. He holds a BA from the University of Wisconsin and an MBA from George Washington University.
