Lance Ledbetter represents AMG Benefit Group who partners with agent, broker, & consultants in providing ‘Financial Wellness’ solutions to employer groups. He is passionate about supporting educational programs that further group employee’s financial well-being.

AMG offers a wide range of programs and services directly affiliated with financial wellness solution, including legal/ID theft, long-term care and related products.  Drawing on a finance degree and 20+ years experience in insurance industry, Lance provides keen insight on resourceful products, communications and benefit administrative enrollment solutions to support employee’s ability to meet their financial needs in today’s economy. Financial Wellness program also provides agent/brokers an opportunity to enhance their agency’s revenue.

Lance previously served as GAHU president and is current AAHU Membership Chair with objective to amplify knowledge that NAHU/AAHU serving as the agent/broker’s advocate supporting the future viability of the private health insurance sector –

That an agent’s job does not end with the sale - to help their clients with claims issues, service questions and compliance matters throughout the life of each policy they sell. While members agree to abide by NAHU's Code of Ethics, which requires them to always make health care coverage recommendations with the customer's best interest in mind.
